CANCELLATION POLICY

Hey EncasedNails/Tattitude Clienst. There Is A NON- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for every appointment. Those fees are… $15 for nail appointments $20 for tattoo appointments I also charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. (Example, if you book a $50 set/Tattoo and cancel the day before (24 Hours) you will be charged 30% of that $50 totaling out to $15 For cancelling your appointment). For Mothers , I know things happen and sitters aren’t always available or ideal which i understand. so kids are also welcome to come to appointments as long as they’re behaved. I am very big on communication as well and I’m understanding. Try to regard the policy. My time is valuable and so is yours 🫶🏽 let’s make the most of it. 😁 Thanks guys see you soon !
